Sarah Rennix
Choir Fixer - Charles Wood Singers
Born in Belfast, Sarah read music at Durham University and recently completed a postgraduate degree in Education in Arts & Cultural Settings at King’s College, London. Sarah is a passionate arts producer and education specialist with 13 years of experience in a variety of roles, including young artist schemes, health and wellbeing programmes, schools’ residencies, intergenerational music and theatre programmes, early years intervention projects, and criminal justice.
Sarah has worked for several high-profile professional ensembles including Britten Sinfonia and The Sixteen, where she managed the young artist scheme ‘Genesis Sixteen’ and set up the Sounds Sublime Festival for emerging ensembles. Sarah’s current clients include the Pimlico Musical Foundation, Goblin Theatre, Echo Choir, SongSpiel and the Metapraxis Ensemble. She is currently the General Manager of Southwell Music Festival.
